Subject: urgent Question
The undersigned Municipal Councillors Giuseppe Turn off and Oronzo Capoti ,
read the answer to previous request for similar information already submitted to SS.LL. unmet by the same, re asking you to specify under what precise and accurate reference standards has come to the appointment of the road resurfacing of GM content in Resolution No. 299 of 26/09/2009.
In the body of the resolution of that question, in fact, so as well as the response given by the Director of Public Works Sector, Mr. Piero Formoso, is given only a reference to an acknowledgment by the GM of a generic "agreement" with the Company and the Company Italcogim River SpA that is running on behalf of the restoration work of the road.
It is always the same resolution as a result of this "agreement" between the parties, the City Administration has started a proceeding in a loan agreement with the Deposits and Loans SpA for an amount of € 260,000 (Determines No. 499 dated 01/04/2010 signed by the Director of the Economic and Financial).
We ask you to specify on the basis of such laws and regulations and following the directions in which articles of the same was done to the award of office to the company described above, since and especially given the amount of expenditure for which the Administration has committed against its loan.
opinion is required on the Board of Auditors, by sending the same copy of this protocol through the the City.
