What would you consider for effective youth policies Region?
I start the RL should first know how to listen to young people. Understand what our needs are and what plans are already in our area. Then put in relation to the known groups through the opening of public spaces for interaction, in which young people can learn to compare and outside the channels of commerce and are free to express their artistic and cultural potential. In this way the region could finance some of these activities through calls for applications from active experiences, through a direct and not mediated by more bureaucracy imposed from above.
