I finally reached the end of this last week, I survived! Today I'm still waiting for a day full of things to do ... after a week of work on Saturday is sacred to cater for the needs of a small woman ellipsis.
So last night I prepared this light cake with cream for breakfast. I named my new mold Guardini line Termomagie a line of molds from the oven with cream-colored non-stick coating inside and outside with a decorative thermochromic that reacts to temperature changes. This nice device is designed for people like me who are churning out of impatience disasters, clears dark during cooking and giving back the right time to bake.

Ingredients 250 g flour 250 ml cream


200 g sugar 3 eggs 1 tablespoon baking


1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 50 oz chocolate chips (optional)

Procedure: Mount the whole eggs with sugar and a pinch of salt until they are foamy.
Add the cream, flour sifted with baking powder and teaspoon of vanilla extract. Finally add the chocolate chips (and will be deposited in a more gluttonous coverage). Pour the mixture into a baking pan previously greased and floured.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 45 min.
