Cannoli pastry stuffed with ricotta and hazelnut quiche

Good Sunday to all!
I leave these to cannoli pastry recipe fast to prepare. You can not talk to a real recipe, given the simplicity, but I assure you they are delicious! I've prepared as candy for lunch today and have them all ... so I do not spzzolati chiete them ... there are not any more! I am referring them to you soon!

Ingredients:
1 roll of puff pastry rectangle
200 g ricotta cheese 200 grams of
4 tablespoons sugar 1 egg

Method: Roll out the pastry and cut into strips of one centimeter wide. Roll each strip on the cutters cannoli, my line belongs to the dolcetteria Marisa Laurito :


Make sure the strips overlap slightly:

Brush the surface with egg yolk and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 min.
Prepare the filling by mixing vigorously the ricotta with the sugar and the hazelnut chocolate .
Once cooled, fill the cannoli with the bag a few:

You can fill the cannoli with what you like: custard, lemon cream, chantilly cream ... or even for a savory version with ricotta cheese and ham.
