I leave these to cannoli pastry recipe fast to prepare. You can not talk to a real recipe, given the simplicity, but I assure you they are delicious! Ingredients:
1 roll of puff pastry rectangle
200 g ricotta cheese 200 grams of
4 tablespoons sugar 1 egg
Method: Roll out the pastry and cut into strips of one centimeter wide. Roll each strip on the cutters cannoli, my line belongs to the dolcetteria Marisa Laurito :
Make sure the strips overlap slightly:

Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 min.

You can fill the cannoli with what you like: custard, lemon cream, chantilly cream ... or even for a savory version with ricotta cheese and ham.
