This recipe is designed to give my little contribution to the project: ILLA for people
born from the desire to support groups and agencies that operate within its territory and not only for the benefit of all segments of the population, with particular attention to those in need and those less fortunate. The intent of ILLA for people is to create a solidarity network that can support activities and projects for the growth of the territory and society in general in this respect, it was constantly activated in the organization of initiatives that may affect an increasing number of people and raise awareness amongst stakeholders.
year ILLA for people decided to support the ' APE Onlus born when a group of women with endometriosis experience of living on their skin and with a history of active volunteering in other contexts, have estimated that the social and the illness that saw the "protagonists" should result in something that represented them and the many other women in the same condition. Sonia and her contest "respectable" I can give my contribution:
Ingredients: 500 gr
anchovy
vinoq.b vinegar.
salt 1 red pepper 1 clove garlic
parsley extra virgin olive oil
plug for good anchovies and wash thoroughly. Spread over the bottom of an ovenproof dish and cover with vinegar. Add a pinch of salt. Allow to marinate for about two hours (they change color from pink to white in MDOD basis).
Drain the anchovies and leave in colander for a while to remove excess vinegar.
Arrange the anchovies in a dish seasoned with garlic, chilli, parsley and a pinch of salt. Cover with extra virgin olive oil.
