Eila! What's up? I have heroically survived this week! I am not here to tell all the amazing adventures of the working week because it would be frightening!
Tonight I did not even have the strength to prepare for a treat tomorrow and I'll make a breakfast trivial.
And oh well ...
I leave you the recipe for quiche prepared at the realizzazzione the banner of my contest.

Ingredients: 1 roll of dough
brisee
300 grams of ricotta cheese 3 eggs
4 artichokes
50 g grated parmesan 100 grams of smoked cheese
100 grams of milk or cream
salt pepper 1 clove garlic

Procedure:

Clean the artichokes and cut into strips. Lightly fry the garlic in a pan, add artichokes and cook over low heat, add a little water for cooking. Season with salt and pepper:
While the artichokes are cooking, beat the eggs with the Parmesan. Add the sieved cottage cheese, the smoked cheese, milk and a pinch of salt. Finally add the cooked artichokes and let cool slightly.
Cover with the pastry crust 26 cm from a mold lined with baking paper, pour the mixture:
